Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across our mobile app and web platforms that embody our mission to enhance health through better sleep.
• Conduct user research and testing to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Create compelling marketing materials and branding elements that resonate with our vision and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and industrial design, to bring cohesive and innovative solutions to life.
• Design communication experiences that captivate users and stakeholders, conveying the profound impact of our technology.
• Ensure design considerations align with the rigorous standards of a structured, safety-critical field, reflecting our commitment to excellence and user safety.
• Stay at the cutting edge of design trends and best practices to continually elevate our products and brand.
• Craft user interactions with our hardware and daily use experiences in the physical world, ensuring a seamless and inspiring user journey.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

‍

• Proficiency in design tools and a passion for creating user-centered experiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that demonstrate your creativity and impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
• A deep interest in communication design and a passion for taking on new and unique challenges.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Experience with branding and marketing design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience working in a structured, safety-critical field, where precision and compliance are paramount.
• A curiosity or interest in designing physical interfaces and user interactions with hardware.
